Bounty House is meticulously maintained and it shows the moment you walk in. With 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, two full living rooms, and two kitchens, there’s plenty of room for a group to spread out, gather, and everything in between.
Outdoor & Waterfront
The property sits right on the water with a white sandy beach, private lighted dock, two boat lifts, a boat ramp, and a fish cleaning station — everything you need to make the most of Key Largo. Wind down at the fire pit at night or soak in one of two hot tub spas on the first and third floor decks, both with wrap-around balcony views.
Recreation
Inside, the fun continues with a pool table and ping pong. Outside, there’s a BBQ, dog run, and a 2-car enclosed garage. The property is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a security system, and security cameras, with a separate entrance to the first floor living space for added flexibility.
Bounty House puts you at the heart of one of Florida’s most extraordinary destinations. Just three miles away, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park offers beaches, nature trails, scuba, snorkeling, and glass-bottom boat tours. The surrounding waters of the Key Largo National Marine Sanctuary make it one of the premier diving and snorkeling destinations in the world, while nearby Harry Harris Park and Beach offers a quieter escape.
For something unforgettable, Theater of the Sea features continuous dolphin and sea lion shows with the option to swim with dolphins, and the Dolphin Research Center — home to a family of Atlantic bottlenose dolphins and California sea lions — offers a more intimate experience. Adventurous guests can even stay at Jules’ Verne Underwater Lodge, one of the world’s only underwater research lodges. A short drive away, Everglades National Park — the only ecosystem of its kind in the world — invites visitors to spot bald eagles, alligators, deer, and over 300 species of birds through guided tours, canoeing, fishing, and hiking.
On the water, the options are endless — scuba diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, fly fishing, reef fishing, and big game fishing in the Gulf Stream. Sunset Bay is open to all water sports including water skiing, kneeboarding, jet skis, and parasailing, with charter boat rentals available nearby.
