The gardens at Norse Hill were lovingly created by Iris Hay-Edie in the 1960s, inspired by her travels and passion for nature. What began as one woman’s vision across eight acres has grown into a living, breathing testament to beauty and intention — with tall bamboo, bougainvillea, hibiscus, vanilla bean creepers, exotic flora, and lush pathways that invite you to slow down and simply be present. Today, the gardens continue to thrive, showcasing a rich tapestry of eye-catching plants from around the world, maintained with the same care and sustainability philosophy that has guided the estate for generations.
