About The Event
This ALL IN Women’s Retreat is a transformative journey designed to inspire deeper self-love and compassion for others through the powerful practices of listening and storytelling.
Participants will explore:
• The Power of Story to Transform – understanding how personal experiences influence our narratives and how storytelling can bring insight, growth, and emotional freedom.
• The Circle of Truth to Heal – a supportive framework for recovering from painful life experiences and embracing authenticity.
• The Art of Listening to Love – cultivating presence and empathy in how we hear and connect.
• The Freedom of Truth to Create – discovering how honest bravery can shape a more hopeful, empowered future.
Speaker – Tova J. Kreps, LCSW, is the Founder and President of Wellspring Counseling in Miami.
She has been a licensed therapist in Florida for over 30 years. She is a frequent speaker and writer on various mental health topics.
Retreat Benefits
Throughout the retreat, we’ll engage in meaningful discussions, hands-on exercises, and opportunities to practice new skills in a safe, supportive environment. There will also be space for personal sharing—always at the comfort level of each participant—alongside delicious food and joyful social connection.
